Great client service begins with education.
We founded ClientLegalEd to do one thing - make the law easy to understand. Great lawyers know that clients must understand the basics to participate meaningfully in their representation. Failure to do so can result in inferior case outcomes, evidence that falls through the cracks and a strained attorney-client relationship.
We believe that great client service begins with education. Easy-to-understand information makes the legal process less intimidating and more transparent, relieving client anxiety and freeing a lawyer to focus on unique client issues and strategy, rather than repetitive background topics. To achieve this end, we have taken the digital learning management system, already successfully deployed in higher education institutions across the globe, and adapted it to fit the needs of the legal profession.
